Routescene attending Annual Vegetation Management Conference, 6-7 December 2016, Scottsdale, Arizona USA

Vegetation Management is a prime application for the Routescene LidarPod turnkey solution and Gert Riemersma, CEO, will be attending the forthcoming CEATI Vegetation Management conference to discuss the merits of LiDAR on UAV and promoting the Routescene solution.

The Routescene LidarPod provides the density of data to enable vegetation managers to accurately assess where vegetation is relative to powerlines and prioritise workplans based on this data. Where the LidarPod excels is to survey hard to reach sites and specific sections of powerline that previous aerial surveys may highlight as of being of interest. LidarViewer Pro, the accompanying software package, can be use to decimate the data and review in detail the problem areas to be addressed.
